SUBMERSI
THE SUBMERGED
Those the system has made invisible
This isn't an Order like the others.
The Submerged aren't victims of a bad choice, a bought illusion, a followed tribe. They're victims of an architecture — a system that measures worth in productivity, visibility, and consumption, and erases whoever doesn't fit any of those categories.
Radiopaganda doesn't classify the Submerged to mock them. It classifies them to make them visible. It's the most important difference in the whole bestiary.

THE ORDER'S SONG
ALWAYS LIKE THIS
Like the tarantate who danced to survive the bite, the Submersi never stop — not by choice, but because stopping was never an option. Here Radiopaganda doesn't laugh: it watches.
